George Dixey was known to be working between 1809 and 1832.

The mahogany barrel is in good order, three drawer tube with the first engraved G.Dixey London.

Closed measurement:

7.75 inches (19.6cm)

Open measurement:

23 inches (58.4cm)

Good overall condition commensurate with a 200 year old item. There is a small loss to the large bezel outer (see image 6)

All lenses intact with only light scratches to the large lens. Both lens covers present.
